Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) Stewards advise that in accordance with the ‘HRV Elevated TCO2 Levels Policy ROYAL SAXON ( D Mahar) will be subject to the provisions of the policy for his engagement at the Ballarat race meeting on Thursday 24 July 2025.
