Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) Stewards advise that in accordance with the ‘HRV Elevated TCO2 Levels Policy  RIVER PATROL  NZ ( A Cefai )    will be subject to the provisions of the policy for his      engagement at the Geelong      race meeting on Friday  18  July  2025.
