Harness Racing New South Wales is pleased to announce the nominees for the upcoming Gallagher NSW Horse of the Year Awards, following yet another stellar year on track across the state in 2025.

Voting is now underway, with a panel of racing media representatives set to determine the winners ahead of the HRNSW Awards Ceremony, to be held on Sunday, May 17 at Menangle Country Club.

Reigning NSW Horse of the Year, Swayzee (pictured), claimed the honour for the second consecutive year last season and has once again been nominated.

The 2025 NSW Horse of the Year nominees are:
