R1 – 5:55pm – Dynamic Print Group Pace - 2240m

2 – Curyo Gentleman

11 – Viney

1 – Strapping Red

3 – Ferrigno

Strategy:

Curyo Gentleman has been terrific in two runs back from a spell despite awkward draws, doing plenty of work yet hitting the line strongly. From a much kinder marble, he can press forward, control, and with extra fitness on his side, looks the one they’ll need to get past.

BACK: 2 Curyo Gentleman – 3 Units (win)

R2 – 6:20pm – Logical Staffing Solutions 3yo Graduate – 2240m

10 – Silver Pistol

9 – Forty Love

8 – Calexico

7 – Ruff Nutt

R3 – 6:55pm – Hygain Victory Pace – 2240m

3 – Thestatesman

8 – Surfingmakescents

7 – Perun

6 – Frugal Fare

Strategy:

Thestatesman finally draws a gate after a run of horror barriers — he’s only drawn the front line three times in 12 runs this season. He’s been going well in defeat, and if the race shape works in his favour, he’s a live chance to strike at odds.

BACK: 3 Thestatesman – 1 Unit (win)

R4 – 7:27pm – Logical Staffing Solutions Tatlow Stakes (2yo C&G) – 2240m

7 – Letsstartinheaven

1 – Tappy

6 – Kitzbuhel Delight

2 – I See Red

R5 – 7:54pm – IRT Trot – 1720m

5 – Remus Phoenix

7 – Gotfeelingsyouknow

2 – Keayang Gucci

1 – Little Yankee

R6 – 8:30pm – Hip Pocket Castlemaine Free For All – 1720m

7 – Triple Eight

6 – Keayang Tokyo

3 – Operative Line

5 – Western Sonador

Strategy:

Triple Eight finds himself in a winnable FFA on the ratings scale despite the tricky draw. He’s best saved for one run at a genuine tempo, and if Keayang Tokyo is forced to work, Triple Eight is the one to come charging over the top.

BACK: 7 Triple Eight – 1 Unit (win)

R7 – 9:05pm – Hertz Melton Pace – 1720m

3 – Stormryder

2 – Clymenus

5 – Roadmaster

8 – Mitzi Said

Strategy:

Stormryder looks ready to explode third-up from a draw that should allow him to roll forward and dictate. His two runs back have been full of merit, both times working hard, and with this set-up he can remind us why he was considered among the best of his crop.

BACK: 3 Stormryder – 3 Units (win)

R8 – 9:36pm – Logical Staffing Solutions Argent 3yo Classic – 2240m

4 – Ideal Moth

7 – Golden Shooz

6 – My Little Bo

5 – Tivoli

Strategy:

With scratchings thinning the field, Ideal Moth looks perfectly placed. She should press forward to lead, and with rivals likely biding their time for one late run, the race is hers to control. Very confident.

BACK: 4 Ideal Moth – 2 Units (win)

R9 – 10:07pm – Aldebaran Park Trotters FFA – 1720m

4 – Jilliby Ballerini

1 – Aldebaran Vera

6 – Ollivici

7 – Keayang Stuka

QUADDIE (Races 5-8)

1,2,5,7

6,7
