A parade of yearlings for the upcoming APG Sydney Sale will be held at the Inglis Riverside Stables, Warwick Farm on Saturday, February 15 from 11am to 1pm. Food & drinks will be provided for those in attendance and the parade will be live streamed on their Facebook page.
The parade has been organised and fully funded by Harness Breeders New South Wales for the fourth consecutive year.
The best presented colt and filly will receive floral garlands, a beautiful English leather head collar and lead and a $200 cash bonus from HBNSW.
“The new owner of the best presented male and female will also receive a fully paid up NSW Breeders Challenge series. The horses have to be NSW Breeders Challenge eligible to use the certificate,” HBNSW president Flora Robson said.
“We are doing everything we can to assist breeders whether they are members of Harness Breeders NSW or not.”
The runners-up in the best presented will earn a floral garland and a step-up tack box full of quality grooming products as well as a $100 cash bonus.
International Animal Health Products, long-time sponsors of the Breeders body, will donate a selection of products to the best presented winners and runners-up.
For those racing at Blayney on Sunday, this is the perfect opportunity to visit the parade on Saturday, ensuring they get a chance to inspect these quality yearlings. While at Inglis Riverside Stables, buyers can also register as a bidder or arrange for an APG agent to conduct phone bidding on their behalf.
With food and drinks provided by APG, an exciting lineup of yearlings on display, and generous incentives from HBNSW, the parade is a must-attend event for anyone looking to secure their next racing prospect.
