BOHEMIAN BRAIDS (10) awkwardly drawn but is a genuine chance on current form.

TELL A TALL STORY (1) races well fresh and should get a cheap trip from the inside draw. A tricky affair with many chances.

Race 2:  

OPEN THE GATES (1) appears the likely leader and form when leading is good looks the one to beat.

SHEMEANSBUSINESS (5) last couple of starts have been good, has claims along with GRUMPYPANTS GRACIE (3)and LARDY DAH LADY (6).

Expect improvement from HILLTOP STAR fresh from a spell.

Race 3:  

IM ALL BUSINESS (2) form is hard to fault and looks should prove hard to beat.

JOHN VINCENT (6) racing in good form and despite the wide draw has claims. ROCKNROLL SPIRIT (1) another with strong form and drawn to be prominent.

FRANCO LANDRY NZ (9)should get a good trip from the second row draw and is an each way chance.

Race 4:  

LIZZIE SHELBY NZ (11) awkwardly drawn here, was a good effort to win when resuming and will take beating here.

PLACES YOU DON’T (5) honest type with place claims.

TRAILBLAZER poorly drawn but can feature with luck in running.

 RESURRECTS(6) the wide draw is against him but needs to be included in exotics.

FIESTY JANE  another with place claims from the wide draw.

Race 5:  

A quality field with many winning chances. LORD ZARIAS NZ (4) racing in great form and looks very hard to beat.

HEZROCKINROYALTY (1) drawn ideally and showed in the SA Cup that he is right up to open company, looks a major player here.

BAY JIM MAJOR (9) stepping out in open company for the first time after a long absence from the racetrack. Showed his class in his juvenile racing and no surprise to see him step up here.

DELIGHTFUL TAMMY (8) tough mare that should be thereabouts at the finish.

Race 6:  

A tricky race with many chances. SHIRLEY NOT (7) needs to overcome the wide draw but is an honest type that with luck will be hard to beat.

BUTTER CUP (1) drawn ideally and should give a good sight.

MAJOR MAD (8) is racing well but is awkwardly drawn for him, is an each way chance.

SHIREEN (4) has each way claims with luck in running. No surprise to see the winner come from outside of these.

Race 7:  

REGAL ATTIRE NZ (6) is knocking on the door for another win, well suited at the distance and looks the one to beat.

PHOEBE ONYX NZ (5) consistent trotter that won the SA Trotters Cup two starts back, strong winning chance.

 ALDEBARAN DEXTA (4) ruined his chances galloping at the start last time. If he trots all the way looks a danger.

ALL THE TRIX (3) another suited by the distance and is an each way chance.

Race 8:  

RONZEL SONNY (4) if he can make use of the front row draw, is a winning chance.

CLARENDEN VINTAGE (1) is an each way chance from the good draw.

DONT TELL ALICE (10 )is awkwardly drawn but has each way claims in an even event.

NANNA HELEN (8) should get a soft run and has place claims.

Race 9:  

HEZ SO ROYAL (2) looks the one to beat following an impressive Golden Nursery win.

JUST JIMMY (8) should get a nice trip from the draw and expect him to feature in the finish.

GYM JUNKY (5) racing well and is a solid place chance.

MICKTHEBESTBUTCHER (1) has place claims from the good draw

Race 10:

A race of many chances. GEORGY GIRL (6) will find this easier than recent starts and is a solid winning chance.

 SPOTLIGHT(4) has won his last two mobile starts and should go close again here.

STAR OF PATRICK (2) is racing well since coming to SA and is an each way chance.

BUCKLES (8) has raced consistently and has place claims. Punters will need to go wide in the exotics.
