Race 1:

 

OVERVIEW: MAXY BOMBER (5) nice run last start and that form line is very solid. A major winning chance here. POSTERIZED (3) top effort two starts ago and got too far back last start. Front line draw suits and can make amends. ROCKNMETRO (1) is a 3yo colt that had plenty of support at his race debut back but did things wrong. Has since trialled well and is worthy of another chance. SWISS LIGHTNING (13) racing with great zest but the second-row draw is challenging. Can run well again. THE MOUNTAIN (4) finished off well late last start. Hasn’t been far away and has claims. MUSELET (12) resumes here and enjoyed a good campaign prior to the break. Can run well fresh. WICHITA KANSAS (8) drawn to get a soft trip and has place claims. TAP TO PLAY (10) hasn’t been far way of late and can measure up here despite the draw.  SPEEDY HEALEY (6) has ability but drawn wide. Can never be dismissed. FLYING SPARKS (9) OUR TRUE COLOURS (11) and BONA KHAN (7) are first four hopes.

Race 2:

 

OVERVIEW: RINGER WELLS (11) brave in defeat last start and has his share of ability. Hard to hold out. FAITH FULL (8) has never raced better and is airborne. Expect another big showing. FRITSCH (10) 3yo colt that has ability and has been chasing home some smart types. Must be respected.  THE SKY IS THE LIMIT (12) rarely runs a poor race and is sure to be running on late. Won’t be far away. COCONUT MICKEY (7) strips fitter and did things wrong when resuming. Has ability and can improve rapidly. Trialling well. BUSLIN BRODY (6) broke through for an overdue win last start and expect another strong showing. CHARLESTON AVENUE (4) gave a great sight last start and expect a similar showing again here. Amongst the chances. AMOUR MATERNAL (9) will strip fitter and gets a nice trailing draw. Don’t dismiss. FLOATING MOUTAIN (2) capable type that didn’t enjoy much luck last start but prior form was very solid. Must be respected. ALDEBARAN MARCUS (1) improving type with a nice draw and from the pole position draw will get every chance. SABIHALIL (3) and NOBLE COUNT (13) is a first four hope from the draw.

Race 3:

 

OVERVIEW: MONTANA PRIDE (3) is very consistent and bursting to win again. Expect a strong showing from a favourable draw. TUIVASA (10) 3yo colt that resumed with a good win though very wayward. Has plenty of raw ability but still learning his craft. Expect another strong showing.  STARZINHEREYES (4) has been chasing home some good types and expect another good showing. INDI PARTY MOOD (13) racing well but faces a challenging draw and must be respected. DAVOLAS LEGACY (7) fitter and has ability but draws wide. Has claims. BLAZIN HEAVEN (2) speedy type that was a last start winner and draws well to settle handy. Can be in this for a long way. WILD CARD (9) has been in good form and from a nice trailing draw is amongst the chances. LENARD ESS (8) BREAK MY ART (5) JUSTLIKEDAVE (6) and MIKISPUR (11) are amongst the place chances.

OVERVIEW: QUEEN OF SEES (5) superbly bred 2yo filly out of a star trotting mare having her first race start.  Has trialled very well and expect a big showing. I JUSTCANTSEEIT (10) will have benefited by her race experience and has shown ability. Expect big improvement here. LEO GALLEON (3) first starter that. at shows promise and has place and first four claims along with other first starter MOONSHINE LOUIE (2) that will be improved by the race experience. SYDTHESLOTH (4) will have benefited from the race experience and can improve along with HEAVENLY GLOW (7) and REDBLUENPURPLE (8).

OVERVIEW: MILLY METER (3) speedy type and can settle handy and should be in this for a long way. RASENGAN (6) has been teasing to win for a while and gets another chance here. Very honest and is amongst the main chances. RABBLE ROUSER (4) first starter unplaced in two trials to date but in an astute stable. Expect a forward showing. THE RED AVENGER (2) 6yo having his first start and has enjoyed plenty of experience at the trials. This is not a strong race. Might run well at his race debut. IMABOGANBOY (5) APACHEVALLEY (7) and ARIVADERCHI (8) have race experience and can all show improvement. EQUAL AND OPPOSITE (1) drawn well and can keep improving. Has claims from the pole position. OVERVIEW: VINEY (4) highly talented 3yo that was unplaced in the Vic Derby heat. Can bounce back here. Hard to beat. NEW SHUFFLE (5) very smart 3yo that didn’t have the best of luck in the Vic Derby heat. A major threat here.  HANDLER (6) strips fitter from his first up run and has untapped ability. First attempt in being tested against some high-quality younger opposition. Can measure up and don’t dismiss. STEEL THE MOMENT (8) will get a soft trip and expect him to be running on late. ROSBERG (1) OOH AH LISTAH (2) DELIGHTFUL CHARM (3) have favourable draws to have place and first four claims. ALWAYS A SHOWMAN (7) is a first four hope.

OVERVIEW: LOWRIDER (6) is a 2yo colt that hails from the Emma Stewart stable and is sure to be primed for his race debut. Expect a big showing. THE FINAL DANCE (7) 2yo colt improving with each run and shows good ability. Definite chance. FROSTY DROP (3) 2yo filly that has ability and is still learning her craft. Can run well. The Chris Romanidis trained runners PONTIAN GIRL (1) and THREETWENTYTHREE (5) are well prepared and must be respected at their race debut. SWAYWITHSIERRA (2) can improve from her two starts to date along with SWEET AND GORGEOUS (4).

Race 8:

 

OVERVIEW:  TOO THE MAX (7) consistent pacer that has been racing well. Does have plenty of speed and is amongst the main chances. REALLY SMARTIE (4) has been teasing to break through in recent times and strikes a suitable race Definite chance here. ADMIRALOFTHEFLEET (8) capable pacer that won well last start and if the breaks come his way can figure in the finish. OCEANIQUE (9) is very honest and is amongst the place chances. PRECIOUS BELLE (6) will be running on strongly. Not out of it. CARRY ON CORNISH (12) strips fitter and expect improvement. ETIZ AMODEL (2) speedy and can settle handy and should be in this for a long way. STAR RULER (5) does have the early speed to be in a prominent position. Chance. AVEIRO (1) gets a favourable draw to race along the pegs and can improve and will get every chance. Place hope along with REGAL ROCK (13) whilst CHASING THE WIND (3) and SALSAWITHSIERRA (11) are first four hopes.

FAKE CULLECTION (7) has raced well in this class in the past and can figure in the finish. FAVOURITEHIGHLIGHT (6) placed and her past two starts and going well in this class. Definite chance. TREACHEROUSTIMES (10) has been working up to a win and will find this a suitable race. Can make his presence felt. PICKLE IT (5) speedy and can race handy and should be in this for a long way.  DI ANGELO (4) runner up two starts ago and is never far away. Amongst the chances.
