Race 1:
OVERVIEW: Challenging race to start the program with many in form horses from different form lines and classes. KARUMA KEV (1) is up in class but draws well and does have the gate speed to be in a prominent position and should be in this for a long way whilst YANKEE CAPTAIN (8) gets a nice trailing draw and will enjoy a good trip and must be respected. WICKED MITZI (10) is racing well and is sure to be running home strongly whilst TORQUE POWER (4) and MISTER JIMARINGLE (9) have been racing against stronger company and are right up to these with suitable trips. All other runners have claims.

Race 2:
OVERVIEW: INTERPRETATION (3) speedy type that has been close to another win and should be on the speed and can be in this for a long way. AMPHIJET (9) has been racing well and providing he can get the necessary breaks he’s one of the main chances. WICKED HANGOVER (5) is another horse with early speed and in good form though meeting stronger opposition. MICHEN ROY (6) no shock to see him improve in this and at his best can make his presence felt. MUSELET (12) faces a tough draw but racing with great zest and must be respected whilst the David Miles trained runners OLLIES MEDAL (4) and ROLLWITHARTY (11) come under consideration amongst the chances.

Race 3:
OVERVIEW: TOO THE MAX (1) should be primed for this after three runs back from a spell and gets a favourable draw to race on the speed. A major chance in this. SOAR (8) should be peaking fitness wise her and gets an idea tailing draw and looks a threat. KIMCHI (13) consistent pacer in this class and will be running home late along with SALSBOY (9) that should enjoy a soft trip whilst OUR MYSTERY BET (2) won well last start and ARE WEASLEY (6) is never far away and both pacers must be respected.

Race 4:
OVERVIEW: KARBINE (9) has been racing very well and is close to another win. Gets a nice trailing draw and should prove hard to hold out. The Graham McDermott trained runners WAIKARE ADRIENNA (1) ran nicely at her race debut and shows ability whilst ENGAGE (2) is showing promise at the trials both must be respected. TIARA GAIL (8) should enjoy a good trip and is amongst the main chances whilst HESTUFFENOUGH (4) SNICKERS EXPRESS (5) and IM EDDIE (10) can show improvement and are amongst the place and first four hopes.

Race 5:
OVERVIEW: TELLMEBOUTIT (8) ran very well at his race debut and is sure to be improved by that performance and if the breaks come his way he could prove hard to hold out. Both STYLISTIK (5) and NORMY (4) are on the up fitness wise and are working up to a win and must be rated amongst the main chances. JUST LIKE NUGGET (2) gets a nice draw and should be well poised and will get every chance. CALIVIL (11) did things wrong and can show improvement whilst SONORA SUNSET (10) has been very consistent and is amongst the chances again.

Race 6:
OVERVIEW: JOHNS BOY (9) has been racing very well and despite facing another tough handicap again here he looks a major threat. FROSTY GIRL (5) does have her share of ability and resumes here. Very capable on her day and a forward showing fresh is expected. CONSTANT (4) good effort to win narrowly last start and faces similar conditions here. Definite chance again. APEX (2) has struck some excellent form having won her past four starts in a row and looks well placed to give a big sight again here. WATCH AND ACT (7) is first up from a break and relishes these conditions and must be respected. COUNTESS CHIRON (6) seasoned campaigner that wasn’t far away last start and is amongst the chances along with BUSLIN BRODY (3) will appreciate the front line and would not surprise.

OVERVIEW: JESSICAS STORY (4) does mix her form but was close last start when runner up and looks well placed here to take up a forward position and expect a big showing. MONTANA CHEVELLE (5) nice effort last start and is close to a win and looks a major chance. DONA AMALIA (6) honest mare that is always capable in this class and can fight out the finish. FRANKYFRENCHMAN (8) heavily supported last start when placed and must be respected here despite the inside second row draw whilst JUST ABIT DUSTY (9) can be hit or miss but his best form gives him claims and must be taken on trust.

Race 8:
OVERVIEW: ALDEBARAN BROOKE (8) has been in the market at her past two starts and is having her first attempt at the stand conditions. Must be respected. MEADOW VALLEY STAR (7) resumes here and joins the astute Brent Lilley stable and expect a strong showing first up. BENNIE AND THE JETS (1) is proving a challenging to trotter to catch on his best day. He does possess the natural talent to win this but needs to trot throughout. Take on trust. WINNIES DREAM (4) is a very capable mare when at her best and looks suited here. One of the chances. JAKARTA (6) normally races well from the stand conditions and is very capable. Not out of this. MIELICKI (3) seasoned campaigner that is always a chance with a suitable trip. SALSKI (2) can improve her figure form here. Don’t dismiss.

OVERVIEW: AZALEA MAE (6) has been racing well and suited in this class and looks one of the main chances here and might prove hard to hold out. THE VICARS GIRL (7) will find this easier than recent starts and can figure in the finish despite the wide draw. FLYING FLYNN (2) strips fitter and draws well and can settle handy. Expect improvement. IKARA (1) first up for over three years and did show ability. Could run well fresh from the pole position. MIDNITE MUSCLE (4) placed three starts ago and has claims here.
