Form Analysis by Darren Clayton
RACE ONE
Starting from this same gate last time out, FRANCS FOR COMING (1) held them wide and from the front led until deep stretch, with TACTICAL ILLUSION the only runner able to get past. 3rd the start prior, he can burrow through again and look to fend them off.
WICKED BEAUTY (7) resumes from a spell off the back of one trial in readiness for the return, that effort when down the line against some handy types in slick time. A return to one-win grade should assist her claims despite the wide gate and she can look to throw down the challenge.

RACE TWO
A consistent performer, the conditions look ideal for NATTY PAGGER (8) to utilize his experience and add another win to the tally. A winner three starts back, he has placed in both runs since and bar one runner in this line up, he has more individual wins than the remainder of the field combined, making the 20m very appealing.
AHUNDREDPLUS (9) made a mess of the start last time and was never a factor. Second up in that run, she resumed after 12 months off the scene with a tough trip and faded over the closing stages. Added fitness and stepping cleanly can see her challenge.
MANIFEST THE BILLI (3) gives plenty of experience to his rivals as a maiden 3YO, however both his past two starts have been full of merit. Only a head away last time, he has claims.
CASCATA (6) was forced to sit parked last start and despite the tough trip was still under 6m from the winner. Just a half-neck away the start prior, she can be thereabouts.
SELECTIONS: NATTY PAGGER (8), AHUNDREDPLUS (9), MANIFEST THE BILLI (3), CASCATA (6)
SUGGESTED BET:
RACE THREE
A mixed maiden where the newcomer SHES ALLABOUTLUV (4) can make her first Qld appearance a winning one. Arriving from the deep south of NZ with two unplaced runs in two career starts, there is enough to suggest that she can get on the board here.
ROCKNREASON (3) was well supported last start, but an error ended her chances when finishing at the rear of the field. Runner-up at Redcliffe in both prior starts, including a half-neck margin when using the passing lane. Finding rhythm can see her issue a challenge.

SUGGESTED BET: SHES ALLABOUTLUV (4) to win
RACE FOUR

YANKEE C J (10) is given no favours from the gate but has been no closer than gate 5 in five runs back from a spell. Sent forward from outside the front last start to sit parked at the mile, he faded in the closing stages to midfield. Placed his previous three, he is right in the fight.
LA BOMBA (9) made the most of gate 1 last start, diving through to hold the front and see it out with a head to spare. Two from two in Qld, despite the gate, she can chase a threepeat.
PROSPECTUS (5) overcame a second line gate at Redcliffe last start when working home strongly wide off the track to score. Positioning cheaply will be the key to her claims.
SELECTIONS: MAGICOL IDEAL (3), YANKEE C J (10), LA BOMBA (9), PROSPECTUS (5)
SUGGESTED BET:
RACE FIVE
ABSOLUTELY STOKED (3) had the early hustle to find the front last start before taking cover and then having the speed to arrive in the stretch at the 2138m trip. Forced to park out the start prior, she can get forward early and finds conditions to chase the repeat.
TACTICAL ILLUSION (10) was building towards a victory after finishing as the runner-up in three successive appearances. Strong late behind GREAT WHITE three starts back, she found her race last start and descended, pulled clear and posted a 7m margin. Tempo will assist the repeat.
JAY TEE TYRON (6) was a Redcliffe winner three starts back from the pocket trail, owning the closing speed to take a 4m margin. Strong to the line last start for the silver, he can feature.
THE REAL ROCKETMAN (8) was beaten by a wide gate last start when retreating off the arm and then never getting warm in the closing stages. Needing some gaps, he is a podium hope.

Faced with a second line gate last start, JUST A COOL DUDE (5) overcame a minor hiccup in the run and was able to finish best to claim the prize. Hard to catch at times, he finds an open contest at the middle trip and with the right cart into the contest, can chase a repeat victory.
ARENDELLE (4) finished midfield last start from inside the second line when not getting the smoothest passage. The middle trip suits and with some of these offering questionable credentials beyond the mile, he gets his chance to issue a challenge.
BOSTON BEAUTY (9) was chasing a hat-trick of wins when midfield behind BORSELLINO here two starts back, Beaten by gate 7 and trouble in the run last time, she is in the mix.

RACE SEVEN
Shooting for a hat-trick after wins at the mile and then 2138, CREDULOUS (1) finds the ideal set up once again. Pressing to the front last time and fending them off for an effortless win at the middle trip, she came off speed to score two back. With all the options, the threepeat is on.
COTE DAZUR (8) eased from outside the front-line last start to settle at the rear and then look for the short cuts. Trying to make a late raid wide on the track the start prior, he can be stalking the speed and with the right trip issue a closing challenge.
I GOT CHILLS (9) fired off the arm last start over the middle trip and led until deep stretch, only to be collared in the last stride by COMMODORE JUJON. That ended a three-win streak and freshened, can bounce back.
YAHOO (4) makes his first Qld race appearance for the Butler stable. With some smart trials in readiness for this, he has the gate to feature fresh and should take great benefit from the run.
SELECTIONS: CREDULOUS (1), COTE DAZUR (8), I GOT CHILLS (9), YAHOO (4)
SUGGESTED BET: Exotics 1-4-8-9
RACE EIGHT
Despite the wide gate, EDWARD JAY (6) can power up here and look to strong arm them. Pressing on last start to the chair, he was out of tokens turning for home, which had followed a slick win from the front. Finding position cheaply will be the key to his claims.
LENNY LINCOLN (7) was exposed early before cover arrived last start at Redcliffe and with the run was able to descend on them in the stretch to score. Under 3m from the winner WE ALWAYS HAVE FAITH the start prior, he can look to defy the outside paint.
HYDEEHO (1) should benefit from an improved gate after a string off tough barriers in recent appearances. Trying to make ground wide on the track last start, he gets his chance.
IM BOO (10) would be a bigger force in this race if drawn off the front line but can still be a player from this gate. A gritty 3rd in Saturday company last time, he cannot be overlooked.
SELECTIONS: EDWARD JAY (6), LENNY LINCOLN (7), HYDEEHO (1), IM BOO (10)
SUGGESTED BET:
RACE NINE

HEAVENLY WISDOM (4) was shuffled back from inside the second line last time out when just behind the placings over the 2138. Back to the mile from this gate, she can look to chime in.
MISS HATTIE (9) was a winner three starts back in this grade when owning the closing speed to take a 2m margin. Not suited at her past two, with the right trip, she is a podium player.
SELECTIONS: IMPERIOUS (5), CRIME TIME (1), HEAVENLY WISDOM (4), MISS HATTIE (9)
