Form Analysis by Darren Clayton

RACE ONE

Staring down a hat-trick of wins, SOHO CASABLANCA (3) finds an improved gate after facing gate 6 in both previous wins. Returning after more than 12 months off the scene with an encouraging 3rd, he has won both since and can chase the threepeat.

IMA BEACH BABE (9) started from inside the second line last start when the gap never arrived when needed after being shuffled to three back. Striking trouble the start prior when 6m from the winner LENNY LINCOLN, she can challenge with the right trail.

CALL TO ORDER (7) lands another tough gate after facing the outside second line last start. Making some late metres for the bronze, he can be looking to make a play again.

STUDLEIGH MARK (1) has good arm hustle and from this gate will then have the options at hand. With the right trip, he is a podium player.

SELECTIONS: SOHO CASABLANCA (3), IMA BEACH BABE (9), CALL TO ORDER (7), STUDLEIGH MARK (1)
SUGGESTED BET: SOHO CASABLANCA (3) to win

RACE TWO

With good early speed, if ISLA AND ADDIE (2) can find the poles cheaply, she might just have found the right race to chase the breakthrough. Fading over the middle trip last start on The Triangle, she was not far away from subsequent winner BEV THE GOAT three back.

JESSEJAMES SHANNON (4) struck trouble last start and may have been closer than the 5m margin behind INDI AIR TONIGHT with a better trip. Locked away two starts back, his 2nd over the middle trip four runs back was a luckless and he can look to throw it down in this.

MULLUM DOC (9) was a winner here three starts back when finishing best in the closing stages off cover. Only 3m from SOHO CASABLANCA last start, he will be ready to make a closing raid.

ELEGANT WOMAN (8) will require a slice of luck at some point from this gate, as she looks at risk of being buried in the run. Fitter after two runs back from a spell, she will be probing.

SELECTIONS: ISLA AND ADDIE (2), JESSEJAMES SHANNON (4), MULLUM DOC (9), ELEGANT WOMAN (8)
SUGGESTED BET:

RACE THREE

Overcoming a second line gate and the middle tripe to score two starts back, MUFASA BART (3) finds the right conditions to chase another win. Luckless when shuffled out from the inside second line last start, he can force the issue here and look to capitalize.

PARTY CHANGER (10) made the most of conditions when taking them all the way at Redcliffe three starts back. Chasing home for the bronze at his next start behind LULU MAE, he attacked the line strongly last start and can look to mount a challenge here.

ESTIVAL (9) placed on three successive occasions prior to her last start. Runner-up after being exposed early here two starts back, she has podium claims in this line up.

SPORTS MODE (4) has won two of his past three and with some confidence on his side can chase a podium finish once again.

SELECTIONS: MUFASA BART (3), PARTY CHANGER (10), ESTIVAL (9), SPORTS MODE (4)
SUGGESTED BET: MUFASA BART (3) to win

RACE FOUR

With super speed out of the machine and the chance to face limited pressure in the run, JACCKA WALLY (1) finds the right set up to chase an 8th win on this deck. Gunned down last start over the middle trip, a return to the mile can see him dictate.

WHATA ROLLER (5) has not had much in his favour in recent starts when band gates have conspired to see him unplaced. Eased from gate 6 last start before making some ground in the closing stages, a small field and tempo can assist his chances of cashing in.

MIDNIGHT CALM (2) had a shot for the front last start at Redcliffe but was repelled and then faded over the closing stages. He might just be able to squeeze leaders back here to feature.

WATERMELON SUGAR (4) resumes from a spell following his last appearance when down the line behind the talented DUKE OF SCOTLAND. He can feature in this line up fresh.

SELECTIONS: JACCKA WALLY (1), WHATA ROLLER (5), MIDNIGHT CALM (2), WATERMELON SUGAR (4)
SUGGESTED BET: JACCKA WALLY (1) to win

RACE FIVE

First up off a let up last start, WEHAVTIME (6) was able to find the front and once in control claim an effortless 7m margin. Talking benefit from the run, he finds a suitable assignment to make it back-to-back victories.

FILLY THIRTEEN (4) tried to see them off at Redcliffe last start but faded late to miss a cheque. Striking a stronger line up two starts back behind SOHO CASABLANCA, she has good speed off the arm to finds position and issue a challenge.

GOODTIME CRACKER (5) was a winner here two starts back when pressing forward from gate 7 to take control and take a 5m margin. Retreating last start, he is a podium player here.

ROCKTIME (8) will secure the economical trip along the poles and be cashing gaps late. Just missing a place last start from gate 7, he can chime in.

SELECTIONS: WEHAVTIME (6), FILLY THIRTEEN (4), GOODTIME CRACKER (5), ROCKTIME (8)
SUGGESTED BET:

RACE SIX

Despite landing the outside paint, GELDOF (7) looks to have found the right conditions to chase another victory. Placed at his past four in succession, he was under 4m from the winner last start after being faced with the outside second line. He can look to stake a claim to this.

LETS GET SHORTY (9) was the runner-up three starts back when using the passing lane to be within 2m of the winner. Sitting parked last start and finishing with the bronze after being sent to the post as the fav, he finds the right line up to throw down the challenge.

ROCKNROLL DA GAMA (8) grabbed the silver three starts back when making late metres behind MACS A DUDE. Striking trouble last start, he will be searching for gaps.

TRACER BULLET (4) eased last start from gate 3 and was a long way off them when finishing midfield behind SPORTS MODE. He can handy in this contest to feature.

SELECTIONS: GELDOF (7), LETS GET SHORTY (9), ROCKNROLL DA GAMA (8), TRACER BULLET (4)
SUGGESTED BET: GELDOF (7) to win

RACE SEVEN

Now a 6YO, SHEZA CHANCE (5) has not races since finishing down the line in the 2023 Great Square. The winner of four races, she has been to the trials just once in readiness for her return and if her fitness holds, the trial performance suggests she can strike first up.

TUMULT (7) faded last start from a 20m tape after settling back in the pack. That followed a fade out after sitting parked when sent around them early from a 40m tape. Freshened since her last outing, the small field is a plus and she looks up to issuing a challenge.

ALDEBARANSTILINKSI (6) was a winner from the tapes four runs back and sent for a break. Unplaced in his first two runs back, he was game in defeat last start and can feature again.

MILLY AN EYRE (1) has placed at her past two in succession, the latest when releasing for the trail and finishing under 5m from PHOENIX RED. The gate is a huge plus.

SELECTIONS: SHEZA CHANCE (5), TUMULT (7), ALDEBARANSTILINKSI (6), MILLY AN EYRE (1)
SUGGESTED BET:

RACE EIGHT

A Redcliffe winner two starts back, WESTERN ACTION (9) was able to press to the front and fight them off to claim a 2m margin. Faced with a second line gate last start, he was midfield as SAINT LOUIS BEAT was able to take them all the way. This looks within reach.

DOC HARVEY (1) looks set to enjoy a soft trip from this gate which will have him ready to issue a challenge. Not suited when asked to park out two starts back, he was keen last start and should appreciate the improved alley on offer.

CHEDDAR MADE BETA (3) tried to see them off from gate 1 at Redcliffe two starts back when collared late and finishing with the bronze. Just missing the money last start, he can feature.

BETTING BARON (5) was caught for position last start from outside the second line and was never a factor. Grabbing the bronze the start prior, he can chase the minors again here.

SELECTIONS: WESTERN ACTION (9), DOC HARVEY (8), CHEDDAR MADE BETA (3), BETTING BARON (5)
SUGGESTED BET: WESTERN ACTION (9) to win
