Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) Stewards advise that in accordance with the ‘HRV Elevated TCO2 Levels Policy MICHEN ROY ( G Bull) will be subject to the provisions of the policy for his engagement at the BENDIGO race meeting on Wednesday 17 th September 2025.
