HRV Stewards   -RIVER PATROL NZ -   Elevated TCO2 Levels Policy.

Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) Stewards advise that in accordance with the ‘HRV Elevated TCO2 Levels Policy’  RIVER PATROL NZ  ( A Cefai )    will be subject to the provisions of the policy for his    engagement at the Ballarat   race meeting on Thursday  3 April   2025.
