SA Trots - The Moore runners the better at Pirie

IT IS fair to say Victorian horseman Reece Moore is going "all out" in his attack on tonight's Port Pirie program.

A frequent border-crossing raider in recent months, Moore has enjoyed a solid rate of success by taking a "handful" of runners to the country venue as well as South Australia's premier track, Globe Derby.

This time around, however, Moore has his entire team engaged at the meeting.

With six races on the card, Moore will be represented by 15 starters, which equates to 33 per cent of the fields.

"It is the most I have ever taken to the races at once," Moore said. "In fact, 15 is every horse in the stable.

"The place will look like a boneyard this afternoon when they've all left.

"I've only got a three-horse float, so I decided against making five trips there and back and hired a horse transport to take them."

Citing Classic Line in the final event as his best chance, Moore is confident Roscos Rescue is ready to break a 12-month drought from the winners' circle in race four.

"Classic Line's got lengths on them," Moore said. "There are no certainties in racing, but he should be close to it.

"Roscos put in a pretty good run last time around when runner-up and her work has been strong," Moore said. "I think she is ready to win and she will certainly be hard to beat."
