IN THE MATTER of an Appeal by MR SHANE LOONE against conviction and the severity of the penalties resulting from a decision of Harness Racing SA Stewards.
BREACH OF RULE: AHR Rule 241:
"A person shall not in connection with any part of the harness racing industry do anything which is fraudulent or corrupt."
BREACH OF RULE: AHR Rule 235 B (1):
"A trainer shall not place a bet on another horse in a race in which he has a starter."
BREACH OF RULE: AHR Rule 235 B (2):
" A trainer shall not place a bet on a horse in a race to finish ahead of a horse trained by that trainer in the race."
