HRNSW 2024 Licence Renewals - Final Reminder

Following previous reminders sent to licensed participants, HRNSW again reminds all licensed participants that 2024 licence renewals should be submitted to HRNSW through HarnessWeb no later than this Thursday 30 November 2023 to avoid any delay in being processed.

Renewals submitted after this date may be impacted by staff annual leave and public holidays and may not be processed prior to the commencement of the 2024 licensing year, being 1 January 2024.

For race meetings to be conducted on 1 January 2024 onwards, Trainers must have their licences renewed prior to the close of nominations for the respective meetings.

Drivers are also reminded that they must have their licences renewed prior to the deadline for driver declarations, being 10.30am two (2) days prior to the race meeting.

3 January 2024

Bathurst meeting - Nominations close 29 December 2023.

4 January 2024

Tamworth meeting - Nominations close 29 December 2023.

Penrith meeting- Nominations close 1 January 2024.

5 January 2024

Wagga and Newcastle meetings- Nominations close 2 January 2024.

Dubbo meeting- Nominations close 3 January 2024.

For any licensed participants that have submitted a renewal and been advised by the Licensing Team that additional items or amendments are required to finalise your renewal for 2024, please ensure that these are attended to by this Thursday afternoon as no further reminders will be issued.
