HRV Stewards -BYALLA BOY - Elevated TCO2 Levels Policy.
Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) Stewards advise that in accordance with the ‘HRV Elevated TCO2 Levels Policy’ BYALLA BOY will be subject to the provisions of the policy for its engagement at the Cranbourne race meeting on 26 March 2023.
