HE is the highest scorer so far in Fantasy Harness Racing and Jack Callaghan looks set to add more points for those that have selected him in their team.

Callaghan has driven nine winners this season and has a strong chance to build on this in the next two days.

The 21-year-old reinsman has six drives at Newcastle tonight and five drives at Menangle on Saturday, with both meetings included in this round of Fantasy Harness Racing.

Callaghan has some key drives at Menangle where he will drive last season’s quality filly Madrid for the first time.

Regular driver Cameron Hart, who also has high Fantasy points, has jumped off Madrid to drive the Jack Trainor-trained Braeview Kelly.

Callaghan will also drive multiple Group 1 winner Spirit Of St Louis, who he has outlined as his best drive of the night.

“Spirit Of St Louis he’s had one start back from a break after the Inter Dominion and went really well two weeks ago,” said Callaghan.

“Hopefully he has another good run before the Hunter Cup next week.”
