Elevated TCO2 Policy- Byalla Boy

Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) Stewards advise that in accordance with the ‘HRV Elevated TCO2 Levels Policy,   Byalla Boy will be subject to the provisions of the policy for its engagement at the Shepparton  race meeting on  14  January 2023.
