Dear trainers and owners,

Urgent message

Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions, the following applies for Pinjarra Harness - Pinjarra Cup Day, Monday 7 March:

 

Trainers and stablehands:

 

  • Entry and exit is only via the float gate off South West Highway. There will be no access from Paceway Court as it will be blocked off inside the track not allowing access to the stalls complex.
  • Please ensure you have your RWWA identification card and proof of double vaccination ready for when you arrive at the gate, to avoid delays
  • Due to Covid 19 restrictions you are not allowed to enter the Pavilion or access the owners areas for any reason
  • Food, drinks and tote facilities will be available in the stalls complex.
  • You must wear a mask at all times
  • Please be respectful of all staff
  • If you have any questions please speak to one of the race day administration staff in the race day office.

 

Owners:

 

  • For owners wanting to ensure they can gain access to track, please call Dale Putland on 0424 145 910 as there are limited numbers available only.
  • Entry is only via the gate off Paceway Court, NOT Southwest Highway float gate
  • Please ensure you have your owners pass and your proof of double vaccination with you to gain entry, otherwise entry will not be permitted under any circumstances
  • Upon being granted access to the track you shall be provided with a wristband and provided with an information pack informing you of what areas you can and cannot visit due to Covid 19 restrictions.
  • The information pack shall also advise you where you can find the tote to place a bet, food, drinks and toilet facilities
  • PLEASE NOTE - Due to Covid-19 restrictions you are not allowed to enter the Stalls Complex for any reason or enter the Pavilion.
  • You must stay in the designated area for Owners.
  • You must wear a mask at all times unless seated and eating or drinking
  • Please be respectful of all staff
