Money Talks: Punter has early $15k crack at Ladies In Red

One punter has already pencilled in Ladies In Red increasing her advantage in the head-to-head battle with stablemate Tough Tilly, plunging a $15,000 bet on the star filly to win Saturday night's Nutrien Argent 3YO Classic in Ballarat.

The punter was happy to take the short price on offer with the TAB on Wednesday afternoon, with the reigning Victorian 2YO Pacing Filly of the Year a $1.28 chance to register her 11th career victory.

A handful of bets have come for Catch A Wave to win the APG Vic 2YO Gold Sovereign Final - before trainer Andy Gath's stunning revelations regarding the colt’s ability on the Burning Questions - while Mach Dan and Enchanted Stride are among other runners to have attracted early support.
