LICENSED PARTICIPANTS ATTENDING HARNESS RACING MEETINGS & TRIALS IN GREATER SYDNEY

Currently HRNSW requires licensed participants leaving or entering an LGA of concern, for the purpose of harness racing, to provide the result of a negative COVID test every 7 days.

Following further consideration, HRNSW now requires ALL licensed participants attending any harness racing meeting or trials within Greater Sydney to provide the result of a negative COVID test undertaken within a 7 day period prior to the race meeting or trials.

This will obviously include harness racing meetings and trials currently being conducted at Penrith and Tabcorp Park Menangle. Until further notice, future race meetings and trials conducted at Bankstown would also be subject to the same requirement.

Licensed participants are also reminded that they MUST continue to comply with NSW Government Health Orders.

Any enquiries should be made to HRNSW Stewards on 9722 6655.

HRNSW management reminds all industry participants of the available industry support program.
