Harness Racing SA Board Resignation

Harness Racing SA advises that Mr James Black has resigned as a Director of the company to focus on his other business interests. James joined the board with a digital portfolio and recently had taken over as the Finance Director.

In announcing the resignation Harness Racing SA Chair George Fiacchi stated “during his time on the Board James has been a most valuable and professional contributor, providing sound insight into all matters related to the governance of harness racing in the state. We wish him the very best for the future”

Mr Black’s resignation will create a casual vacancy on the HRSA Board, and this matter will be further considered by Directors at the next HRSA Board meeting
