Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) Stewards advise that in accordance with the ‘HRV Elevated TC02 Levels Policy’, CARRAMAR BROMWICH will be subject to the provisions of the policy for its engagement in Race 8 at the Ballarat race meeting on 22 April 2021.
