Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) Stewards have issued a charge against licensed trainer-driver David Moran under Australian Harness Racing Rule (AHRR) 231(1)(f) in relation to his conduct at the Shepparton Training Complex on 14 November 2019.
HRV Stewards have issued a further charge against Mr Moran under AHRR 231(2) in relation his conduct at the Shepparton trials on the evening of 14 November 2019.
A further charge has been issued against Mr Moran under AHRR 209 relating to information he provided to the HRV Stewards on 12 December 2019.
The charges will be heard by the Victorian Racing Tribunal on a date to be fixed.
