HRNSW: Licence Cards

From 1 December 2025 all participants will be required (when requested) to have ready access to their HRNSW Licence Card at all race and trial meetings.

In addition to physical presentation of the card, a screenshot or access to the digital version of the card via HarnessWeb will also be acceptable.

Licence Cards will be required to be presented at Stable Entry when horses or drivers are checking-in or whenever a sample is being collected from a horse.
