Countdown to the 2025 Tasmanian Harness Awards

The very best of Tasmanian harness racing will be recognised at the 2025 Tasmanian Harness Awards, in Hobart on Friday night, 20 March.

The event alternates between the north and south of the state, and this year it will be held at Wrest Point Casino – Boardwalk Gallery, commencing at 19:00. Tasracing Media & Wagering Manager Matt Reid will compère the evening, with Australian racing legend Brian Hancock as the guest speaker.

Tasracing is pleased to announce the finalists for the Horse of the Year awards, which will be presented on the night, along with several other industry awards and a new induction into the Tasmanian Harness Racing Hall of Fame.
