Race 1:

CAPTAINS DREAM (1) returned to the winners list on Monday at Globe Derby when he defeated MAGNETIZE by a head. He will love the inside draw tonight and run another strong race.

THE LADYBIRD (3) was impressive at Mildura and is worth consideration here.

BOHEMIAN BRAIDS (6) and NANNA HELEN (8) are also chances.

Race 2:

CHILDERS ROAD (2) has been racing in some strong form without any luck. If he can get the right sort of run tonight he should be attacking the line well.

MAGNETIZE (1) is another who is racing well and he should love the inside draw.

BURNING HOT (9) and LORD VERDE (3) are also chances.

Race 3:

WHATA OPTIMIST (6) finds an easier race compared to recent assignments. He is a strong chance of storming home late if at his best.

ITS OUR SECRET (4) returns from nearly a month off. She is a big threat if she can run her best and hopefully a month off has freshened her up a bit.

ITZ BLACKJACK (5) and TRUE BLUE ROSE (9) are also chances.

Race 4:

BELLEZZA NERA (2) has run a few placings recently but his form over the last few months has been immaculate. He is a strong chance tonight.

LORD ZARIAS (1) is a strong chance from the inside draw after an impressive last start win.

WESTERN SONADOR (4) and HOT DEAL (10) are also chances.

Race 5:

MIKI TO SUCCESS (10) has a terrific record. His recent from at Menangle puts him above the rest of this field when it comes to form. He will be extremely hard to beat tonight.

DHAULAGIRI (3), HEZROCKINROYALTY (5) and CEE CEE LOU (1) are also big chances.

Race 6:

ONE MILLIE (1) is a promising type who has shown some impressive signs at the trials. She is worth strong consideration from the inside draw.

SRIRACHA (5) was a winner two starts back at Melton back in the winter. A repeat of that effort will make him a massive chance.

HEZ SO ROYAL (4) and CENTREFOLD STAR (3) are also chances.

Race 7:

DARK AND HANDSOME (5) was a 15 metre winner on Monday when he defeated OAKLANDER. He is a promising type who should be able to improve off that run tonight.

JUST JIMMY (4), OPEN THE GATES (2) and STEAM MACHINE (7) are also chances.

Race 8:

GOLDEN TRIBE (2) has won seven starts from eighteen career starts. He has a strong Victorian record. His main concern tonight will be the longer distance.

MAJOR CRUNCH (6) has a lot of talent and a strong Victorian record as well. He looks like the main danger.

FORTY LOVE (5) and MEDINA (7) are also chances.

Race 9:

SILVER PISTOL (6) is a talented gelding with an impressive Victorian record. If he brings his best he will be awfully hard to beat.

ALWAYS DANCING (4) has tonnes of ability and could easily feature here if she brings some of her two year old form back.

CONISTON (2) and REACH THE PEAK (8) are also chances.

Race 10:

REGAL ATTIRE (6) was a winner three starts back and has put together some consistent runs since then. He finds a winnable race tonight and he is worth strong consideration.

JAZSPUR (7) looks like the main danger but hasn’t won a race since taking out the SA Trotters cup last year.

KYVALLEY HEIST (5) and A TRUE STORY (3) are also chances.

Race 11:

JOHNS BOY (6) brings some very strong Menangle form into this event. If he is anywhere near his best he should be too good for this field.

WISH UPONA DREAM (5), EBONYS AVENGER (4) and ALL THE TRIX (2) are also chances.
