SNEAKY PHILTRA (9) has got the ability to win if behaving. BELLA ABBY (1) draws well and GLENLEA HANOVER (2) can win at her best.

OVERVIEW: MARIAHS SHADOW (8) continues to race consistently and considering her last two victories have been against stronger opposition it is impossible to tip against her in this. PUNTO CALIENTE (7) was suited by a genuine tempo throughout last week when running away at the finish to score. He had been building up to that win and clearly rates second best over BILUM (2), CHEERS POVERTY (6), BEARTASTIC WRITER (4) and SPRING DELIGHT (3).

OVERVIEW: RESURGENT WARRIOR (1) moves from Rodney Ashwood in Tasmania to Alex Ashwood in Victoria and his two recent trials at Bendigo have been very good, so he clearly rates on top. IM STUCK MAN (7) is in good form and gets the perfect trailing draw, so he is the main danger. MASON DIXON LINE (9) draws poorly but has come a fair way in a short time. AMERICAN BOXER (4) is next best.

She draws much better this week and won a Cup heat in April prior to a third in the Ouyen Cup. NOBLE TRICK (3) draws better this time and is the other main player over MY ULTIMATE LEVI (5), OZZIE DAYBREAK (4), RIO ROCK (7) and UNITED (9).

TO THE NINES (10) was involved in a fall a fortnight ago so it will be interesting to see if he can bounce back straight away as he is clearly the in-form runner and best horse in the race. MACHSTIQUE (8) rates as next best over CAVALRY (7).
