We head to Hobart on Friday night for a handy seven event card so let’s find some winners
They start in race one by the way of Barber Shop who looks a very promising type.
Danger Play is the other good thing of the night in race five.
The two value plays are Sapphire Gambler in race two and Debt till we Part in race six.
RACE 1: 17:25pm Prydes Easifeed Pace 1609m
The first of the evening is for the 2yo’s where we see five debutantes. BARBER SHOP (3) is a well related pacer who has been trailing well and has drawn nicely so will take plenty of beating. HEZA RIPPER (5) was hitting the line nicely on debut and should be better for the run so looks a danger with the same being said for HIGH BELIEVER (1) who was getting home nicely on debut. I GOOTA GO (2), ROCKY STRIDE (4), IDEN MISS WORLD (6) and RAINBOW RANGER (7) round out the field and are all on debut so prefer to watch here.
TOP PICK: Barber Shop (3) is the one to beat.
DANGERS: Heza Ripper (5) looks a danger along with High Believer (1).

This is for the 40-44 rated pacers where MY MATE LUKE (1) will be looking to go back to back and from the pole gets every chance to do so. ROLLIN MARY (2) had her chance last time but give another chance as draws to be close to the speed throughout. SAPPHIRE GAMBLER (6) is the value play as can push forward and settle close enough to get his chance late. HERES HENRY (4), I WANT IT ALL (5), STAROFREMBERANCE (7) and LALIBELA (8) are a quartet to include for the wider exotic placings.

This is for the 3yo and older non winners. BRINGUSJOY (1) will find this easier than her latest run and draws the pole so will be a major player. NAUTIBUTNICE (8) kept coming last week and with the soft draw here will go close. PARTY BLAZE (3) and SHADES OF SILK (4) have been close up of last and have drawn to be thereabouts again. MEL RUSTY KITA (5) and ISLA ATHENA (7) disappointed last time but are capable of bouncing back in this line up.

Here we have a race for the up to 39 rated pacers. KIAVINO STRIDE (6) has been costly of late for us but hoping he can find the top early as his chances would be enhanced. NAPATTACK SAM (2) will be better here as gets the draw to settle on speed so keep safe along with the likes of JAY MILLER (1), TASHS MATE (8), DEADLY ASSASSIN (10) and STRAWBERRY BLING (11) who are capable of taking this out if the breaks come their way. MACHS MARETA (4) is the big query first up for the new stable so watch the market closely.

ROUGHIE: Deadly Assassin (10) this is a race he could bob up in.

This is for the 45-49 rated pacers and the resuming DANGER PLAY (1) looks well suited from the pole as should hold them out and will take catching. MORRIS BROWN (4) is shooting for the hat-trick and if settles close to the speed he can figure. MIDNIGHT DANCER (8) draws to get the soft trip behind the speed so has to be included. MANINKY MOONSHINE (3), ANGELSHAVETIME (5), TREACHEROUS ROCK (9) and REMEMBER ME NOW (10) are capable of running into a minor placing.

MAGIC PEBBLES (4) resumes and at her best will be in the finish so keep safe. DONNY IN PARIS (1) draws the pole so has options and can take a sit and look to outdash them late. PARK LANE (2), ROCKS ROY (8) and MACH ANGELO (9) are a trio that can get into the finish if the breaks come their way in running.

The last of the night is for the 54-57 rated pacers over the sprint trip. MONEYS NO ISSUE (3) will appreciate the small field and should be close enough to get every chance late so can win. GOBSMACKED (6) got back into winning form last week and there is no reason why he can’t repeat. DONE WELL (2) has drawn to more than likely drop leaders back and can sprint hard up the lane and win. TWILIGHT BONNIE (1) and WILL HE PIKE (5) are next best and wouldn’t shock.
