Race 1:

SUNSTAR (9) was a last start winner when he defeated FLY THE BANNER by 4.7 metres. He has been a bit of a work in progress but does have the potential to be a major improver this preparation.

MAGIC STORM (10), FLY THE BANNER (1) and SPLASH OF PAYNT (6) are also chances.

Race 2:

WHATA OPTIMIST (2) stormed over the top on Monday to defeat ANTIGUAS BE BE by 1.4 metres. Tonight will be tougher for him but he is in some strong form at the moment.

JOHN VINCENT (5) is a dangerous horse in a race like this and is worth strong consideration.

MY ULTIMATE HARRY (8) and BUDDING CAESAR (3) are also chances.

Race 3:

ITS OUR SECRET (7) completely reversed her form last start to defeat JACK BRONSKI by 13.9 metres and run a mile rate of 1.58.8. She will be hard to beat again today if she can repeat that run.

CLARENDEN SAKURA (1), THE REGINATOR (2) and ROYAL WATCH (4) are also chances.

Race 4:

SHEZA CARONA (2) is first up from a break tonight. Ryan Hryhorec always manages to get his younger horses going well early in their preparation. If she can touch her best form tonight she should be hitting the line well.

ANTIGUAS BE BE (4) has been knocking on the door for another win and he should come close again tonight.

WINSTON ALEXANDER (7) and ART REGAL (8) are also chances.

Race 5:

BELLEZZA NERA (5) has won three of his last four starts and is racing in some super form. If he keeps racing like he has he should be way too good for this field.

JOELITA (4) has her first start for David Phillips and is a bit of an unknown here. Her best form is good enough to take out a race like this so it may pay to watch her market moves.

COCO MIA (1) and LYNRYD SKYNRYD (9) are also chances.

Race 6:

DALLAS DALE (5) has put together two strong runs at Globe Derby over his last two starts and finds a winnable race tonight. Looks the one to beat.

TRAILBLAZER (8) is first up from a spell and will need some luck from the draw. He is worth consideration against this sort of field.

URGOODBOY (4) and NIGHT SPIRIT (2) are also chances.

Race 7:

OUR SPITFIRE (3) is a strong chance of finding the lead tonight. She has won two of her last three starts. Once she leads she is very hard to pass.

SOUTHWIND CHLOE (1) has been knocking on the door for a win and should come close tonight.

JANES GEM (2) and THUNDER WING (6) are also chances.

Race 8:

REACH THE PEAK (4) was a winner here on Tuesday night where he defeated ALBY PRIDDY by 11.1 metres. His trainer Emma Stewart has an immaculate strike rate here at Globe Derby. He will be awfully hard to beat.

LOVE TO DEAL (1), DONT TELL ALICE (5) and OZZIE JOYBELL (11) look the next best.

Race 9:

ALL THE TRIX (2) is racing well and is well drawn here tonight. He also has the race fitness on his side. He will be right in the finish tonight.

REGAL ATTIRE (6) is the best horse in this race but he is first up over the longer distance off a tricky handicap but despite that he is still worth strong consideration

ALDEBARAN DEXTA (4) and TWEEDLEDEE (5) are also chances.
