Race 1:

 

OVERVIEW: THE SPORTZ STAR (6) will find this a suitable race and drops in class from recent racing. One of the main chances here. MARTY THE MARTIAN (5) will also find this more to his liking and can threaten. Don’t dismiss. STEEL RULER (7) has been racing against much stronger company and will find this an easier assignment. Can bounce back here. LOMBOK (3) has been airborne in recent times and was very strong winning again last start.  A mare in form and despite meeting stronger opposition looks hard to beat again. CITY ROCKSTAR (2) improved run last start and chased home a promising type. Will find this more to her liking and should be in this for a long way and can fight out the finish. JAMES GARNER (1) capable pacer that resumes from a break and draws ideally to enjoy a good trip and get every chance. Can run well fresh. Stablemate COMMUNITY ART (4) does have ability and better suited from the front line and can’t be ignored.

OVERVIEW: Challenging race with many chances. The Gary Murnane trained runners SENNA STORM (3) AMERICAN ALLI (1) and TOP GUN TED (2) all have favourable draws over the sprint trip and can race in prominent spots and get every chance to be in the finish. HERNIE (6) continues to race well without winning and can figure in the finish again along with last start winner IM WESLEY (8) that draws awkwardly. TORQUE POWER (5) has measured up in this class before and must be respected. THE SILENT ASSASSIN (9) resumes and has ability and could run well fresh. Both VICTORY GEORGE (4) and WOW YOU CAN DANCE (7) have claims.

OVERVIEW: RASENGAN (8) had been teasing to win prior to the break. First up here and can fight out the finish. Expect a strong first up performance. NIGHT FLIGHT (1) much improved run last start and chased determinedly. Shows gate speed and drawn well and can be in this for a long way LADY SUSPICIOUS (6) has early speed and can settle in a forward position and has claims. TROTTENEM MAGIC (10) race debutante that has been placed at the trials and can run well at her race debut. ALDEBARAN ANTON (3) quirky trotter that has ability but has proven very risky. Has claims. ARIVADERCHI (9) still learning his craft and can keep improving. Has claims. LOOKAT SPUNKY TROT (4) is a place and first four hope along SALUTE TO SUNNY (5) with DRESSEDUPINTHECITY (2) and

OVERVIEW: MIELICKI (8) going well and does have a good stand record and placed at his only start at this track. A major chance. APEX (5) consistent trotter that rarely runs a poor race and expect another good showing here despite not having previously won from the stand conditions. NIGHT WHISPERER (7) does have a reasonable standing start record and looks suited and is a definite winning chance. SURPRISE TO ME (3) a narrow winner two starts ago under these conditions and is one of the chances along with handicap runners ICICLE (10) SONARMI JOH (11) and DELS DESTINY (9) whilst ATABOY CHARLIE (2) is a place hope whilst POPPY POPSTAR (4) CHAMPAGNES (1) and MY MOTHER SAID (6) are first four chances.

OVERVIEW: SHARP INTEREST (9) lightly raced filly resuming and showed ability last campaign and expect a forward showing fresh. ITTAKESLUV (4) last start winner that draws favourably and can run well again over the sprint trip along with YANKEE GAMBLER (6) that is close to another win. Both MAJOR ASSASSIN (8) and VILLAGE VOICE (10) have awkward draws but can figure with suitable trips and must be respected.  Both DANCIN WITH ELVIS (2) and THE DEMOCRAT (3) have good draws and are never far away though meeting stronger opposition. PRETTY BASIC (7) resumes and can show improvement.

OVERVIEW: CARNT GUARANTIA (3) first starter in the astute Mick Bellman stable and showing promise at the trials. Expect a big showing at her race debut. OUR EYES EMOJI (6) bursting to break his maiden status and expect a bold showing again. LORD MYRMECIA (4) shows promise and freshened up since his first two race starts as a 2yo. Takes on the older horses here again but can run well. AMERICAN ASSASSIN (7) expect further improvement from his race debut and has claims. AMERICAN SQUARED (8) improving type and draws to get a soft trip and can’t be ignored. ALL ITTOOK (9) LIVERMERE (11) NAMELLA (2) and ORCH (5) can show improvement and are place and first four hopes.
