HRV Stewards   -BLISSFULL LILLY- Elevated TCO2 Levels Policy.

Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) Stewards advise that in accordance with the ‘HRV Elevated TCO2 Levels Policy’  BLISSFULL LILLY  will be subject to the provisions of the policy for its engagement at the Melton   race meeting on 12 July    2024.
