The barrier draws for the Inter Dominion Championships will be held tonight at the Menangle Country Club.

Broadcast live on Sky Racing, draws for the pacing and trotting finals will be know for Saturday night’s Grand Finals at Menangle.

In the pacing ranks, King Of Swing is one of the main fancies to win the $500,000 Final and if he is victorious, it will give trainer Belinda McCarthy and driver Luke McCarthy their first Inter Dominion victory.

Meanwhile, there is racing at Newcastle again today.

The Newcastle Harness Racing Club has hosted three meetings within the last four days including the all-important final round of Inter Dominion heats last night.

At today’s meeting, drivers Dan Morgan, Mark Callaghan, Jake Hughes and Peter Hedges will all compete after being involved in a fall at that venue last Friday night.

Thankfully all drives escaped injury in the incident allowing them to compete today.

The iForm team have put together the best bets for today:

Newcastle best bet

Race 7: Bertie Jones (10)

Most consistent on Menangle against stronger company and will take a power of beating.

Newcastle next best

Race 5: With Authority (2)

Can be prominent after a useful performance here last when involved in the early burn.

Play the exotics

The Newcastle quaddie

Race 5: 8-2-7-9

Race 6: 6-9-4-10

Race 7: 10

Race 8: 5-9-10-3-1

$80 for 100%
