The Somebeachsomewhere horse Summa Cum Laude 1:50.4 ($551,275), a USA Breeders Crown two-year-old champion, is siring fast two-year-old winners with his first crop in North America.

He has nine in the 2:00 list and five in 1:57 headed up by the colt Illbetyourboots, who established a new stakes record of 1:52 winning a division of the $150,000 Next Generation series at Scioto Downs, Ohio on Saturday (July 5).

Summa Cum Laude is currently sitting in fourth position on the two-year-old money-winning list, ahead of Sweet Lou, Tall Dark Stranger, Stay Hungry, Perfect Sting and Captaintreacherous.

Summa Cum Laude is available to ‘down under’ breeders via frozen semen from Kerrie Hymers’ Tourello Standardbreds, Sheffield in northern Tasmania.

All Bets Off 1:48 ($3 million), also a member of Tourello’s frozen semen roster, is enjoying a banner year with progeny earnings of $1.5 million this year.

Overall, the Bettor’s Delight horse has sired the winners of almost $9 million with 72 in 1:55 and four in 1:50 from just three racing crops.

All Bets Off boasts an amazing strike rate of 92 percent starters-to-foals with an average of $36,700 per starter.

All Bets Off’s progeny include the Canadian 2YO Filly of the Year Pass Line 1:49.6 ($751,355) and the Little Brown Jug heat winner Moment Is Here 1:49 ($651,929).
