Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) Stewards advise that in accordance with the "HRV Elevated TCO2 Policy" SIR VINCENT (Scott Garraway) will be subject to the provisions of the policy for his engagement at the Mildura harness race meeting on 15 November 2024.
