Role Summary

Are you a Purpose-led Harness Racing Industry Educator that understands the value of trust and integrity?

Racing Queensland is looking for an experienced Harness Racing Industry Educator to join our RTO on a permanent basis with flexible work options.

What you’ll do, day to day

  • Ensuring continuous compliance of AQSA RTO Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015 and PQS policies is maintained.
  • Adhering to the Standards for RTOs 2015 and PQS policies.
  • Ensuring work practices and training delivery is compliant.
  • Submitting units of competency for funding purposes.
  • Delivering assessment rectification requirements.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of version control and records management.
  • Providing recommendations on compliance strategies and implementing actions to ensure RTO compliance is maintained at all times.
  • Providing advice and expertise to the RTO Manager on training and compliance.
  • Providing advice and expertise on issues management and risk mitigation as required on key and/or sensitive matters.
  • Providing high quality training in a timely manner.
  • Preparing training plans in accordance with legislative requirements.
  • Implementing practices and procedures to ensure compliance in all training matters.
  • Implementing and upholding collaborative communication processes.
