Elevated TCO2 Policy- CE PE THREE
Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) Stewards advise that in accordance with the ‘HRV Elevated TCO2 Levels Policy, CE PE THREE will be subject to the provisions of the policy for its engagement at the Bendigo race meeting on 21 February 2024.
