A number of unbeaten two-year-olds will be aiming to keep their records in tact at Menangle today.

With heats of the Nutrien Equine series on, the first of those undefeated horses is Victorian pacer Captain Hammerhead in race three who has had two starts to date for trainer Rodney Lakey and driver Nathan Jack.

He will face the Nathan Purdon-trained Our Vinnie who won his debut start in Victoria last Friday week as well as the Emma Stewart-trained Major Celebrity who has won his two starts to date.

In the other colts and geldings qualifier, race five, it is the Victorian pacer Dangerous looking to remain unbeaten as he faces his third start.

The Shane Sanderson-prepared colt will have his first interstate start after an impressive performance on debut at Hamilton where he rated 1:54.9.
