The barrier draw for Saturday night’s $100,000 Regional Championships State Final at Menangle will be completed today.

The field for the Group 1 was finalised on the weekend when Lets Get Rockin was successful in the Metropolitan Final at Menangle.

Driven by Jack Callaghan, who won the $100,000 Hunter Final at Newcastle with Far Out Bro the night before, Lets Get Rockin completed a group 1 double for breeder and owner Sloys Company.

Managed by Darren Xerri, Sloys Company was created by his father Tony Xerri who passed away last Wednesday.

“I want to give a special mention to the Xerri family, they have been so supportive of me in my career and it has been such a hard week for the family, this win is for them,” said Callaghan who wore a black armband.
