GOLDEN ACE STRIDE
Mark Hayes, trainer of Golden Ace Stride notified that subsequent to a poor performance at Maryborough on 3 January 2022, blood analysis, endoscopic examination and a lung wash performed on the gelding revealed no abnormalities. Mr Hayes added that it was his intention, with veterinary assistance in the immediate future to have Golden Ace Stride undergo further tests whilst under exertion, to determine any breathing difficulties that the gelding may be experiencing. Mr Hayes undertook to report the findings of this exercise to Stewards.

ROCKNTOMMY RULZ NZ
Alex Ashwood, trainer of Rockntommy Rulz NZ notified that subsequent to a poor performance at Mildura on 4 January 2022, blood samples obtained from the gelding revealed upon analysis that Rockntommy Rulz NZ has a respiratory infection, and it is therefore the intention to treat the gelding accordingly.
