VIC – FRIENDS - Elevated TCO2 Levels Policy.
Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) Stewards advise that in accordance with the ‘HRV Elevated TCO2 Levels Policy’ FRIENDS will be subject to the provisions of the policy for its engagement at the Mildura race meeting on 8 December 2021.
