RACE 5 – MIMOSA HOMES BREEDERS CROWN SERIES 24 (2YO COLTS & GELDINGS) SILVER PACE (GROUP 3) (2150MS)

Emma Stewart, trainer of Lightning Dan, advised subsequent to the event the colt to have an entrapped epiglottis.  Lightning Dan has undergone treatment and remains in work, however the stable will monitor the recovery of the colt prior to a decision being made on the current preparation.

RACE 6 – COTTRELLS ELECTRICAL TROT (2190MS)

Shannon O’Sullivan, stable representative of Christmas Babe NZ, advised subsequent to the event the mare had recovered well.  Ms.O’Sullivan stated the mare had tied up and was in season.  Christmas Babe NZ remains in work and will continue with the current preparation.

RACE 5 – MARYBOROUGH ADVERTISER PACE (2190MS)

Leigh Graham, trainer of Self Exclusion, advised subsequent to the event the gelding had pulled up well.  Mr.Graham stated that Self Exclusion remains in work and would likely trial before racing again.
