VIC – RIVER PATROL NZ  - Elevated TCO2 Levels Policy.

Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) Stewards advise that in accordance with the ‘HRV Elevated TCO2 Levels Policy’  RIVER PATROL NZ   will be subject to the provisions of the policy for its engagement at the Kilmore      race meeting on 25 November    2021.
