TOP Bathurst conditioner Steve Turnbull has a strong hand in the Breeders Challenge Semi-Finals at Menangle on Saturday night.

The Inter Dominion-winning horseman has at least four starters in the $20,000 qualifiers, as well as an emergency runner.

Heat winner Cassius Deck will go against stablemate Mach Daddy in the first of the three-year-old boys Semi-Finals.

Turnbull then has Parkes heat winner Major Bracken in the other boys’ qualifier.

In the fillies’ Semi-Finals Turnbull has Im Desirable. First things first, however, and Turnbull has four starters engaged at his local track tonight.

He will partner Drive To The Beach in the opening event before his son Mitch takes the reins on The Rainbow Beach in race two.

Turnbull then has a two-pronged attack in race three with Saint Tropez and Prince Parker drawn side-by-side in gates three and four respectively.

Prince Parker won last start and will be driven by Mitch while Turnbull with stick with Saint Tropez.

The iForm team have put together their best bets for Bathurst tonight:

Bathurst best bet

Race 6: Cala Jane (3)

Has come back in great form and she can lead from the start to finish here.

Bathurst next best

Race 1: Bill Shannon (8)

In a very open race this guy can make his own luck in front and give a sight.

Race 5: 1,2,4

Race 6: 3,2

Race 7: 4,8,2,7
