RACE 6 – IGA LIQUOR 3YO PACE (2150 MS)

Eric Anderson, stable representative of Marsden Heights, advised subsequently from the event the gelding to have recovered well and the stable could attribute the poor performance to anything specific.  Marsden Heights will continue with the current preparation.

RACE 8 – HYGAIN PAK CELL NORTHERN REGION CHAMPIONSHIP (2180 MS)

Lachlan Prothero, trainer of Chase The Gold, advised subsequently from the event the gelding had undergone blood tests revealing a viral infection.   Mr Prothero will treat the gelding accordingly and Chase The Gold will have a freshen up prior to racing again.

RACE 6 – APG – AUSTRALASIA’S RICHEST & BEST RACE SERIES PACE (2190 MS)

Steven Loftus, trainer of Ghost Of Time, advised subsequently from the event the colt to have recovered well.  Mr.Loftus stated the colt has had breathing problems previously and was more than likely the reason for the poor performance.  Ghost Of Time will continue with the current preparation and Mr.Loftus will consider the immediate racing future of the colt after its next start.
