VIC – TELL US WE DREAM - Elevated TCO2 Levels Policy.

Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) Stewards advise that in accordance with the ‘HRV Elevated TCO2 Levels Policy’  TELL US WE DREAM   will be subject to the provisions of the policy for its engagement at the Ouyen     race meeting on 19 September    2021.
