Travel beyond borders will not be possible.

- Only the horses, drivers and participants residing in the Metro/Peel region can attend the Pinjarra trials .

- Only the horses, drivers and participants residing in the South West region can attend the Bunbury trials.

Only essential racing personnel will be allowed oncourse;  mask wearing will be mandatory, as will temperature testing and all participants and race course officials must scan in or record their personal details.

TRACKWORK

Trackwork resumed Tuesday morning. As per the Trial Meeting conditions, trackwork is only open to essential personnel, mask wearing is mandatory and all participants and race course officials must scan in or record their personal details.

CANCELLED RACE MEETINGS

Albany

In response to the impact of the Covid 5 day lockdown and subsequent cancellation of race meetings RWWA is exploring options to reschedule the Albany race meeting.

Gloucester Park

The $50,000 Daintys Daughter feature race will be transferred to Friday 19th February.

It is not possible to add an additional metropolitan prime meeting to the racing calendar. To ensure the stakes from Friday’s cancelled meeting are returned to the industry a total of nine additional metropolitan staked races will be added to the race card at times when nominations allow during the season.

Pinjarra

Similar to the GP scenario, it is not possible to add an additional Provincial 1 race meeting to the racing calendar.  To ensure the stakes from the abandoned meeting on Monday are returned to the industry a total of nine additional provincial staked races will be added to the Pinjarra or GP Midweek race card at times when nominations allow during the season.
