Following re-testing of the Kingston Express Sulky by Human Impact Engineering (HIE) in December 2020 and consultation with Stewards at Harness Racing Victoria (HRV), this sulky has been added back to the Approved Sulky list effective immediately.
Accordingly, the Kingston Express Sulky may now be used in races and trials.
