RACE 8 – BENDIGO PARTY HIRE PACE (2150 MS)
Lisa Miles, trainer of Tupelo Beach, advised that subsequent to the event blood tests revealed the gelding to have a virus. Ms Miles advised Tupelo Beach has now vacated her stables and returned to New South Wales.

RACE 5 – RADIO BALLARAT TROT (2200 MS)
Courtney Slater, trainer of Victree Hill, advised that subsequent to the event blood tests failed to reveal any abnormalities. Ms Slater attributed the performance to the gelding had come to the end of its preparation and Victree Hill has now been sent for a spell.

RACE 4 – TLC CARPENTRY TROT (1650 MS)
Kelvin Barker, trainer of Cadenza, advised that subsequent to the event blood tests failed to reveal any abnormalities. Mr Barker advised Cadenza has recovered satisfactorily and was at a loss to explain the performance and would continue with the current preparation.
